While many people find this page by searching for “somatic coaching,” what I offer is more accurately described as somatic mentoring — a relational, presence-based process rooted in the Hakomi Method, somatic psychology, mindfulness, and spiritual insight.

Sessions are 60 minutes, offered online and in person (availability in Fort Worth).
