Teach From Presence. Lead from authenticity.

This isn’t your average yoga teacher training. It’s an immersion into embodiment, mindfulness, and energetics—a journey that helps you teach yoga as a path of healing and awakening — rooted in authenticity, not performance

200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training

with Sandra Vanatko, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, Meditation Teacher, and Hakomi Trained Somatic Practitioner

A trauma-informed, mindfulness-based journey into the art of teaching and the practice of being.

A Holistic, Trauma-Informed Approach to Teaching & Living Yoga

For nearly two decades, I’ve guided students and teachers to experience yoga as a living practice—one that awakens presence, compassion, and deep self-understanding.

This 200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training offers an immersive exploration into the heart of yoga through embodiment, mindfulness, and energetics. You’ll learn to teach confidently and inclusively, while discovering yoga as a pathway to greater self-understanding.

Whether your goal is to teach or to deepen your personal practice, this program invites you to come home to yourself—body, mind, and spirit.
