A Week to Land

A small, intimate women’s sanctuary for nervous-system reset, embodied practice, and deep replenishment.

This retreat is The Practice — fully lived.
A week-long immersion in nervous-system-aware yoga, meditation, breath, and rest. No pushing. No performing. No keeping up. Just a steady return to body, breath, and presence — long enough for your system to soften, reset, and remember what steady feels like.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the container quiet, supportive, and truly intimate.

What Awaits you

A retreat for women who are ready to exhale

Many of us are carrying more than we realize — in our minds, in our calendars, and in the body itself. Even when life is “good,” the nervous system can stay braced.

A Week to Land is a women-only retreat designed to help you come home to yourself — gently, safely, and in a way that can actually integrate into your real life afterward.

You’ll be held in a slow, nourishing rhythm that supports:

  • a quieter mind
  • a steadier nervous system
  • a softer body
  • a clearer inner voice
  • a renewed relationship with practice that doesn’t rely on willpower

Women-only — by design

This is a women’s sanctuary.
Because there’s a particular kind of exhale that happens in women-held space: a quieter field, a deeper permission to rest, and a shared language of care and truth.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about feeling safe enough to do less — and letting that become the medicine.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is a strong fit if you:

  • feel stretched thin, overstimulated, or “wired but tired”
  • want a reset without intensity or performance
  • have been craving a deeper relationship with your body and breath
  • love the idea of practice, but struggle to sustain it at home
  • want spaciousness, simplicity, and genuine nourishment
  • are called to a women-only container that feels safe and grounded

Who it may not be for

This retreat may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • a high-intensity fitness experience
  • a packed schedule with constant activities
  • a “push through” approach to growth
  • a social retreat where you’re expected to be “on” all week

This is a quieter, deeper rhythm — designed for landing.

What This Retreat Is

This week is devoted to The Practice as a lived experience: embodied, nervous-system-aware, and rooted in presence.

Expect a supportive blend of:

  • Nervous-system-aware yoga (steady, accessible, grounding)
  • Somatic meditation (learning to inhabit the body and listen from within)
  • Breath practices (regulating, supportive, and practical)
  • Deep rest (restorative practices, inquiry, stillness, spaciousness)
  • Integration time (nature, reflection, and space to let things settle)
  • Meaningful community (small group connection without overwhelm)

You don’t need to be “good at yoga” or have a meditation practice.
You only need the willingness to arrive as you are.

What it feels like

If you’re used to being “on,” this week will feel like a homecoming.

A Week to Land is for you if you’re longing for:

  • a nervous system reset
  • rest that actually restores
  • presence you can feel in your body
  • a quieter relationship with your thoughts
  • gentle movement that supports your life (not an idealized version of you)
  • a retreat that doesn’t leave you depleted from trying to keep up

This is a retreat for real lives and real nervous systems.

A simple rhythm (sample day flow)

While each day will have its own tone, the overall pace is intentionally spacious.

A typical day may include:

  • Morning practice: grounding yoga + breath to set your nervous system for the day
  • Breakfast + integration time: journaling, walking, ocean time, rest
  • Mid-morning session: somatic meditation, embodiment teaching, or gentle inquiry
  • Lunch + free time: nap, pool, nature, massage, silence, reading
  • Afternoon practice (optional / rotating): yoga, meditation, gentle movement, or guided practice
  • Evening: meditation + deep rest (Yoga Nidra or calming breath practices), occasional circle

There will be plenty of space for solitude.
And there will be opportunities for connection — without pressure.

You’ll be guided by Sandra Vanatko, founder of Indra’s Grace and creator of The Practice — an approach to yoga, meditation, and embodied presence rooted in nervous-system awareness, trauma-informed teaching, and real-life integration.

Sandra’s work supports people in returning to the body as home — not as a project — and letting practice become a steady place of clarity, resilience, and inner trust.

More about Sandra.

Your retreat experience includes:

  • Daily guided practices (yoga, meditation, breath, rest)
  • Embodiment teaching + nervous-system support tools you can bring home
  • A small-group retreat container (intimate, supportive, and intentionally paced)

FAQ

Not at all. Practices are accessible, grounded, and guided with care. You’ll be invited to honor your body and move at your own pace.

No. This retreat is designed to support the nervous system, not stress it. Movement is steady, supportive, and adaptable.

Yes — and it’s intentional. Spaciousness is part of the medicine. Rest and integration are built into the rhythm.

You’re welcome here. Many women come to this retreat because life is full — and they need a safe place to land. You’ll be supported with gentleness and choice.

Because women-held space can create a unique kind of safety and softness — and that supports deeper rest, honesty, and nervous system settling.
