Dear beloved Indra’s Grace community,
For 16 years, it has been one of the greatest honors of my life to steward this sacred space with you. Together, we have created something rare and beautiful — a true home for yoga, meditation, healing, and community. What lives here is precious. It has shaped all of us.
We have become the longest-standing yoga studio in DFW under single ownership and have been honored multiple times as the best yoga in Parker County. These recognitions happened because of you — our devoted community — and because of the incredible teachers who have shared their knowledge, heart, and presence within these walls.
Indra’s Grace has always been co-created through the devotion, skill, and wisdom of our teachers, and the presence of every student who has stepped through our doors. I am deeply grateful for every single teacher and student who has walked through these doors over the last 16 years.
Most yoga studios have a lifespan of three to five years. That Indra’s Grace has thrived for 16 years is a testament to our willingness to evolve — to grow, to adapt, and to meet the changing needs of our community. Today, half of our students practice with us online, and sometimes even more. The way we gather has shifted, and with that, Indra’s Grace is ready to evolve again.
My own life has also changed profoundly over the last 16 years, and the way I teach has naturally evolved with it. What I’m called to offer now asks for more spaciousness, more sustainability, and a structure that allows me to focus fully on the heart of this work.
Over the last 15 months, I have been in deep listening around how to carry this work forward in a way that is sustainable, aligned, and true to what Life is asking of me next. This was not an easy decision. I took great care with this process — exploring different options for the future of Indra’s Grace, seeking wise counsel, and giving this decision the time and attention it deserved. Through that reflection, clarity emerged: the next chapter of this community is ready to take a new form.
Over time, it became clear that this work is ready to evolve.
With that, I want to share this clearly and lovingly:
Indra’s Grace is evolving.
The physical studio will complete its chapter on January 20, 2026 — exactly 16 years to the day — honoring the completion of this beautiful cycle with care and reverence. At that time, the brick-and-mortar studio will close, and Indra’s Grace will transition into:
The Practice with Sandra Vanatko —
a fully online platform offering on-demand classes and regular live sessions, where you can practice yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic embodiment, and deeper study with me anytime, anywhere.
For me, this is an expansion — a continuation in a form that supports longevity, accessibility, sustainability, and depth. Simplifying the structure allows me to return to what I love most: teaching. Rather than managing a physical space and a large team, I will be able to pour my heart, creativity, and presence directly into the teachings themselves.
And I want to say this clearly:
The heart of Indra’s Grace continues.
Our community continues.
Only the form is changing.
In addition to sharing yoga and meditation classes, I will still be offering 1:1 somatic coaching, retreats, gatherings, and in-person opportunities to be together. We will still practice side by side. And I would be honored to continue this journey with you.
I know this brings up emotion. All of it is welcome. It is natural for change to stir feeling, and we will hold space for that together. We will walk this transition with presence, clarity, and grace — the same values that have always guided us.
You will be guided step by step, and nothing needs to be figured out all at once.

Thank you for 16 years of devotion, love, and shared practice. I look forward to walking this path together.
With all my heart,
Sandra
