Costa Rica 2025 with Sandra Vanatko

As we step into the energy of spring, nature invites us to pause, take in the beauty surroundings, reset, and begin again with intention.

This Spring Equinox Reset is a warm and welcoming Sunday afternoon designed to help you pause, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded as you move into the new season.

Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga, guided meditation, and reflection practices that support calm, clarity, and a sense of renewal.

It’s also a special opportunity to gather in person — whether you’ve practiced with Sandra before or are joining for the first time — and to connect with others in a supportive, relaxed space.

WHY CHOOSE BREATHWORK?

Most of us are carrying more than we realize:

  • Unprocessed stress
  • Emotional residue
  • Chronic tension
  • A nervous system that has been bracing

Conscious, connected breathwork works at the level of the nervous system — not just the thinking mind.

Holotropic-style breathwork uses rhythmic breathing to:

  • Activate the autonomic nervous system
  • Increase emotional processing capacity
  • Reduce repetitive mental loops
  • Support completion of stored stress responses
  • Increase clarity and embodied insight

Breathwork allows the body to complete what was interrupted. And completion is regulating.

What the EXPERIENCE includes

During our two-hour guided experience, you’ll be led through a thoughtful progression of practices designed to help you release tension, settle your mind, and feel more present

We’ll explore:

  • A grounding arrival practice
  • Gentle, accessible yoga to awaken and release the body
  • Breathwork and guided meditation
  • Seasonal journaling and reflection prompts
  • Deep rest and integration
  • A simple closing intention for the season ahead

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected — both to yourself and the weeks ahead.

Stay for Tea & Connection

After the guided experience concludes at 3pm, you’re warmly invited to stay for tea, light snacks, and relaxed conversation. This time is intentionally unstructured — a chance to integrate, ask questions, and connect with others in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Stay as long as you’d like until 4:00pm.
