As we step into the energy of spring, nature invites us to pause, take in the beauty surroundings, reset, and begin again with intention.
This Spring Equinox Reset is a warm and welcoming Sunday afternoon designed to help you pause, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded as you move into the new season.
Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga, guided meditation, and reflection practices that support calm, clarity, and a sense of renewal.
It’s also a special opportunity to gather in person — whether you’ve practiced with Sandra before or are joining for the first time — and to connect with others in a supportive, relaxed space.

Sandra Vanatko is a somatic practitioner, meditation teacher, and yoga therapist with nearly two decades of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater ease and awareness in their lives.
Her work blends nervous system support, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry to create spaces where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in themselves.
Sandra is the founder of The Practice, an online community offering ongoing support through meditation, movement, and nervous system practices.
