“To begin with, we seem to be in the world, then the world seems to be in us, and finally the distinction between ourselves and the world dissolves.”

— Rupert Spira

The Open Ground of Being is so simple- literally always already right here- and yet we tend to easily miss it. In a world that focuses on the external – looking at reality only through the lens of the conceptual mind – we can easily make the mistake of believing ourselves to be separate from Life (Love) itself. We tend to over-identify with the body mind and forget the underlying, much more subtle Ground of simply Being. When we remember this fundamental, subtle reality, our lives become infused with Love, Beauty, and Unboundedness (Spaciousness, Openness).

Sandra uses a series of practices including Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation, Inquiry and Somatic Body Practices for opening the body, heart and mind to nondual reality. In this approach, the radical openness of nondual awakening is found through inward contact with the internal space of your body. In this way, you uncover a quality-rich, authentic and true experience of yourself as an individual at the same time as you transcend your individuality. You uncover the Ground of Being as the luminous alive openness of fundamental consciousness, pervading your body and environment as a unity. Through these practices you learn to attune to your direct experience and the pervasive spaciousness of fundamental consciousness itself. Through practices that allow you to learn to relax and let go into your whole body and being, the Ground of Being can spontaneously emerge. With practice, what we seek to open up as a state at first starts to emerge as a trait, something that we essentially are as we recognize this fundamental consciousness as our true nature. With practice, we learn to deepen and stabilize this nondual awareness. As we learn to relax and let go into this realization, the inner healer unwinds deeply held patterns and core beliefs, traumas and unintegrated experiences.

Sandra’s offerings- regardless if it is pranayama, yoga, meditation or healing work- always center around the recognition of this already whole, complete, awake understanding while simultaneously bringing great curiosity, compassion and gentleness to help unwind old energetic imprints that no longer serve this awakening fundamental truth of who we are.
